A Florida woman found a naked intruder eating canned pineapple at her home in St. Augustine, Florida.

The unidentified homeowner found the unwelcome guest at her house in St. Augustine, Florida, on the afternoon of October 5.

She immediately went outside and locked herself in her car while calling the authorities, News4Jax reported.

According to a police report, the intruder, Mary Hamilton, 63, told deputies: 'The door was open for me to come inside.'

Hamilton allegedly entered through the front door, took a T-shirt belonging to the victim's son and ate leftover food from the refrigerator before opening the can of pineapple.

Deputies learned that Hamilton lives about half a mile from the victim, but it doesn't appear that they knew each other.
